Top 10 Distractions in the Office
The first step to limit the deflection to be aware of them.
What comes to mind when one thinks of the office distractions? The most commonly quoted telephone, e-mail and paper. In itself, it is enough to overwhelm a person every day. But there are other distractions, giving you valuable, lost productive minutes each day. Some of them you can not think of a distraction at first. But all that takes your focus from your work at hand can be a problem. Think about how your office pet for each of the following, if they can assess the problem today:
1, E-mail. There are two main problems that arise. One is the constant alert for new messages, you can choose to turn off. The second is that the inbox is empty. They will continuously scroll through all the elements because you're afraid to have overlooked something.
